恒创的会员体系不是一份权益清单，而是一条成长路径。我们把全部工程人按资历和贡献度分为四级——从刚刚独立完成第一个项目的年轻工程师，到已经用一生塑造了行业的荣誉会员。每一级都有清晰的入门要求，也有对应的责任与权利。The HETRA membership system is not merely a list of benefits, but a growth path. We classify all engineering professionals into four levels according to seniority and contribution - from young engineers who have just independently completed their first project to honorary members who have shaped the industry over a lifetime. Each level has clear entry requirements, as well as corresponding responsibilities and rights.

参与协会公开活动；获取工程案例库检索权限；接收行业简报。要求：本科及以上学历，从事工程相关工作满2年。May participate in public Association activities, obtain search access to the Engineering Case Library, and receive industry briefings. Requirements: bachelor degree or above and at least two years of engineering-related work experience.

可申报一般课题；可报名HETEC评审员候选；获工程案例库完整访问权。要求：硕士或工程师职称，从业5年以上，需2名专业会员推荐。May apply for general projects, register as a candidate HETEC reviewer, and obtain full access to the Engineering Case Library. Requirements: master degree or engineer title, more than five years of professional experience, and recommendations from two professional members.

可申报重点课题；可被提名HETEA奖项；获邀参加常务理事会观察席。要求：博士或高级工程师，从业10年以上，学术委员会评议。May apply for key projects, be nominated for HETEA awards, and be invited to attend Standing Council observer seats. Requirements: doctorate or senior engineer title, more than ten years of professional experience, and evaluation by the Academic Committee.
免费（邀请制）Free of Charge (Invitation Only)
由常务理事会邀请；常务理事候选资格。要求：对工程行业做出杰出贡献的个人，邀请制，无硬性学历与年限要求。Invited by the Standing Council and eligible as a standing council candidate. Requirements: individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the engineering industry; invitation only, with no rigid requirements for degree or years of service.
本科及以上学历 · 从事工程相关工作满2年 · 提供工程相关工作证明Bachelor degree or above · At least two years of engineering-related work experience · Provide proof of engineering-related work
硕士及以上学历或工程师职称 · 从业5年以上 · 至少参与1个已竣工工程或发表过相关论文 · 2名专业会员推荐Master degree or above, or engineer title · More than five years of professional experience · Participation in at least one completed project or publication of relevant papers · Recommendations from two professional members
博士或高级工程师及以上 · 从业10年以上 · 主持过重要工程项目，或核心期刊论文5篇以上，或拥有发明专利3项以上 · 学术委员会评议Doctorate or senior engineer title or above · More than ten years of professional experience · Has led important engineering projects, published more than five core journal papers, or holds more than three invention patents · Evaluation by the Academic Committee
