恒创工程技术卓越奖（HETEA）设立于2019年6月，是HETRA为表彰工程全领域内做出突出贡献的个人与团队而设立的年度奖项。奖项评审由HETEC专家委员会进行技术初审，学术委员会进行学术合规性终审，常务理事会审议确认，最终在每年11月的颁奖典礼上颁发。The Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award (HETEA), established in June 2019, is an annual award created by HETRA to recognize individuals and teams that have made outstanding contributions across the full engineering field. Award review consists of technical preliminary review by the HETEC Expert Committee, academic compliance final review by the Academic Committee, deliberation and confirmation by the Standing Council, and final presentation at the annual November award ceremony.
HETEA从设立之初就明确了一条底线原则：From its establishment, HETEA has made one baseline principle clear: 宁缺毋滥Better vacant than unqualified。宁可某一类别今年空缺，也不将就。这不是姿态，是工程行业的必然——一座桥不能将就，一条输电线不能将就，一份评审也不能。. 截至2025年，HETEA已连续颁发七届，累计表彰超过260名工程技术工作者与团队，覆盖19个国家和地区。获奖者来自土木、建筑、机械、电气、化工、能源、交通、水利、环境等各个工程子领域。As of 2025, HETEA has been presented for seven consecutive editions and has recognized more than 260 engineering technology professionals and teams across 19 countries and regions. Awardees come from subfields including civil engineering, construction, machinery, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, energy, transportation, water conservancy, and the environment.
获奖者获颁Awardees receive 恒创工程技术卓越奖奖杯一座one Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award trophy，获奖证书由协会统一签发，受邀出席当年度颁奖典礼并作主题分享。, and the award certificate is uniformly issued by the Association. Awardees are invited to attend the annual award ceremony and give a thematic presentation.

Technical Innovation Award
面向工程技术研发人员与研究团队。表彰在工程新工艺、新材料、新工法、新设备研发上取得重大突破者。要求已授权发明专利2项以上或SCI/EI论文4篇以上，并提供独立第三方测试报告。For engineering technology R&D personnel and research teams. It recognizes those who have achieved major breakthroughs in new engineering processes, materials, methods, and equipment. Requirements include more than two authorized invention patents or more than four SCI/EI papers, plus an independent third-party test report.
Engineering Practice Award
面向工程总设计师与项目总工。表彰在具体工程项目中创造突出实践成就者。要求为已竣工验收合格的工程项目负责人，并提供业主与监理单位签章的评价意见。For chief engineering designers and project chief engineers. It recognizes outstanding practical achievements in specific engineering projects. Applicants must be responsible persons for completed and accepted engineering projects and must provide evaluation opinions sealed by the owner and supervision organization.
Young Engineer Award
面向35岁以下青年工程师。要求具备工程师及以上职称，主持或作为核心成员完成至少一项已竣工工程。For young engineers under the age of 35. Applicants must hold an engineer title or above and have led or served as a core member in at least one completed engineering project.
Cross-disciplinary Integration Award
面向跨专业工程联合团队。要求团队成员来自至少2个不同工程子领域，项目已完成至少12个月的联合攻关并形成可验证成果。For cross-disciplinary engineering joint teams. Team members must come from at least two different engineering subfields, and the project must have completed at least 12 months of joint problem-solving and formed verifiable results.
Industry Contribution Award
面向工程企业与产业联合体。要求单位运营满3年以上，申报项目已实际服务用户并运行满1年，并提供第三方效益评估报告。For engineering enterprises and industrial consortia. The organization must have operated for more than three years, the submitted project must have actually served users and operated for at least one year, and a third-party benefit evaluation report must be provided.
