HETEA 恒创工程技术卓越奖HETEA Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award

恒创工程技术卓越奖（Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award, HETEA）是由恒创工程技术研究协会（HETRA）设立的年度工程技术奖项，旨在面向全球工程技术领域，发现、记录并表彰在工程创新、工程实践、跨学科协作和产业贡献方面取得突出成就的个人、团队与机构。The Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award (HETEA) is an annual engineering technology award established by the Henchuang Association for Engineering Technology Research (HETRA). It aims to discover, record, and recognize individuals, teams, and institutions around the world that have achieved outstanding accomplishments in engineering innovation, engineering practice, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and industrial contribution.

HETEA 关注工程成果的真实性、可验证性、应用价值和行业贡献。奖项评审并不只评价成果本身是否具有创新概念，更重视该成果是否解决了真实工程问题，是否经过可靠验证，是否在实际工程场景中产生效果，是否对工程质量、安全、效率、可持续发展或产业升级形成积极影响。HETEA focuses on the authenticity, verifiability, application value, and industry contribution of engineering achievements. Award review does not only evaluate whether an achievement itself contains an innovative concept; it places greater emphasis on whether the achievement solves a real engineering problem, whether it has undergone reliable verification, whether it has produced effects in actual engineering scenarios, and whether it has created a positive impact on engineering quality, safety, efficiency, sustainable development, or industrial upgrading.

截至2025年，HETEA 已连续举办七届，累计表彰超过260名工程技术工作者与团队，覆盖19个国家和地区，获奖者来自土木、建筑、机械、电气、化工、能源、交通、水利、环境、智能制造等多个工程子领域。As of 2025, HETEA has been held for seven consecutive editions and has recognized more than 260 engineering technology professionals and teams across 19 countries and regions. Awardees come from multiple engineering subfields, including civil engineering, construction, machinery, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, energy, transportation, water conservancy, environment, and intelligent manufacturing.

HETEA 坚持“以证据为基础、以同行评审为核心、以工程价值为导向”的评价机制。年度评审由 HETEC 专家委员会、学术委员会、常务理事会及执行局项目管理部按职责参与。其中，HETEC 专家委员会负责工程技术领域的专业初审，学术委员会负责成果原创性、数据真实性、学术规范和合规性审查，执行局项目管理部负责材料流转与流程记录，常务理事会负责最终审议确认。HETEA adheres to an evaluation mechanism that is "based on evidence, centered on peer review, and guided by engineering value." The annual review is conducted by the HETEC Expert Committee, the Academic Committee, the Standing Council, and the Project Management Department of the Executive Bureau according to their respective responsibilities. Among them, the HETEC Expert Committee is responsible for professional preliminary review in the field of engineering technology, the Academic Committee is responsible for reviewing the originality of achievements, data authenticity, academic standards, and compliance, the Project Management Department of the Executive Bureau is responsible for material circulation and process records, and the Standing Council is responsible for final deliberation and confirmation.

HETEA 坚持“Better vacant than unqualified”的评奖原则。任何奖项类别在当年度未出现达到推荐标准的候选人、团队或机构时，该类别可以空缺。奖项不以固定名额为目标，而以成果质量、工程证据和行业价值作为最终依据。HETEA adheres to the award principle of "Better vacant than unqualified." If no candidate, team, or institution reaches the recommendation standard for an award category in a given year, that category may remain vacant. The award is not driven by a fixed quota; instead, the quality of achievements, engineering evidence, and industry value serve as the final basis.
