恒创工程技术研究协会（HETRA）成立于2018年4月，是一家覆盖工程全领域的国际性非营利组织。我们不限定任何工程子方向——从土木到机械，从电气到化工，从能源到交通，从水利到环境，所有以严谨、可验证、可复用为标准的工程进步，都是我们关注的对象。从香港出发，我们的网络已覆盖19个国家和地区，汇聚1400余名工程专业人员，资助260余项工程课题，收录500余例可公开检索的重大工程案例。Founded in April 2018, Hengchuang Engineering Technology Research Association (HETRA) is an international non-profit organization covering the full spectrum of engineering. We do not limit ourselves to any single engineering subfield - from civil engineering to machinery, from electrical engineering to chemical engineering, from energy to transportation, from water conservancy to the environment, every form of engineering progress that is rigorous, verifiable, and reusable is within our scope. Starting from Hong Kong, our network now spans 19 countries and regions, brings together more than 1,400 engineering professionals, has funded more than 260 engineering research projects, and has archived more than 500 major engineering cases available for public search.

Each level corresponds to specific rights and specific responsibilities - membership is not only an identity, but also a commitment.

We adhere to one judging principle: better to leave an award vacant than to lower the standard. Engineering cannot accept compromise, and neither can an award.

It is divided into three levels - senior expert committee members, expert committee members, and invited experts - with 220 appointed experts covering the nine engineering subfields and providing independent consultation and review opinions for major engineering projects.

The most valuable asset in engineering is not papers, but cases that truly happened on site and withstood real tests. From offshore wind power to cross-sea tunnels, from ultra-high-voltage transmission to comprehensive utility tunnels, every case is a letter written to the next generation of engineers.

10月15日至17日，由HETRA主办的"跨海通道工程跨专业评审会"在香港九龙湾HETRA总部召开。来自HETEC专家委员会的36位在聘专家，以及ETRSC课题负责人和特邀行业代表共计82人，围绕大湾区在建及规划中的四条跨海通道项目，开展了为期三天的密集技术评审。From October 15 to 17, the "Cross-disciplinary Review Meeting for Cross-sea Passage Projects," hosted by HETRA, was held at HETRA headquarters in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. A total of 82 participants, including 36 appointed experts from the HETEC Expert Committee, ETRSC project leaders, and specially invited industry representatives, carried out three days of intensive technical review around four cross-sea passage projects under construction or planning in the Greater Bay Area.

For this renewal evaluation, HETEC formed an internal independent review group to assess the in-term performance of all appointed experts from the previous term. The evaluation covered multiple indicators, including the number of reviews participated in, the quality of submitted opinions, and performance in independence.
阅读全文 →Read More →恒创工程技术卓越奖（HETEA）第七届申报通道已于8月31日24时正式关闭。经执行局项目管理部初步统计，本届共收到有效申报项目1250项，较上届增长约15%，创HETEA自2019年设立以来申报规模新高。The application channel for the seventh Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award (HETEA) officially closed at 24:00 on August 31. According to preliminary statistics from the Project Management Department of the Executive Bureau, this edition received a total of 1,250 valid submissions, an increase of about 15% over the previous edition and a new submission-scale record since HETEA was established in 2019.
