申请指南Application Guide

申请资格Eligibility

• 必须为HETRA专业会员及以上，或经两名资深会员推荐Applicants must be HETRA professional members or above, or be recommended by two senior members.
• 申报项目须为近3年内完成或运行The submitted project must have been completed or operated within the past three years.
• 申报人为通讯作者/项目负责人/总工程师The applicant must be the corresponding author, project leader, or chief engineer.

申请材料Application Materials

1. 申请表（下载模板）Application form (download template)
2. 身份证明及职称证书复印件Copies of identification and professional title certificates
3. 项目技术报告（不超过30页）Project technical report (no more than 30 pages)
4. 第三方验证或评价材料Third-party verification or evaluation materials
5. 至少2份行业同行推荐信At least two recommendation letters from industry peers
6. 申报项目的完整图纸/数据/照片材料Complete drawings, data, and photographic materials for the submitted project

申请流程Application Process

1. 网上注册Online Registration — 登录 thehetra.com 完成申请人注册- Log in to thehetra.com to complete applicant registration
2. 提交材料Submit Materials — 按类别要求在线提交完整材料- Submit complete materials online according to category requirements
3. 形式审查Formal Review — 等待执行局项目管理部通知- Wait for notification from the Project Management Department of the Executive Bureau
4. 技术初审Technical Preliminary Review — 配合HETEC专家委员会材料补充- Cooperate with the HETEC Expert Committee in supplementing materials
5. 学术终审Academic Final Review — 学术委员会合规性审核- Academic Committee compliance review
6. 公示阶段Public Notice Stage — 通过审核后进入10日公示期- Enter a 10-day public notice period after passing review
7. 参加颁奖Attend the Award Ceremony — 于11月颁奖典礼现场领奖- Receive the award on site at the November award ceremony

时间节点Timeline

• 6月1日June 1　申报通道开放Application channel opens
• 8月31日August 31　申报通道关闭Application channel closes
• 9-10月September-October　技术初审与学术终审Technical preliminary review and academic final review
• 10月下旬Late October　获奖名单公示Awardee list public notice
• 11月November　颁奖典礼Award ceremony
