活动议程包括颁奖典礼、获奖者主题分享、学术交流酒会三个环节。本协会会员可通过协会官网活动报名入口免费报名，名额以报到顺序为准。具体活动细则将于10月底另行公告。

Hengchuang Engineering Technology Research Association is scheduled to hold the Seventh Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award Ceremony and Academic Exchange Event at HETRA headquarters in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong on November 15, 2025. The event will invite this edition of awardees, representatives of the HETEC Expert Committee, ETRSC project leaders, and specially invited industry guests to attend together.
The event agenda includes three parts: the award ceremony, themed sharing by awardees, and an academic exchange reception. Members of the Association may register free of charge through the event registration entrance on the Association website, with places allocated according to check-in order. Specific event details will be announced separately at the end of October.
