标准范围Scope

本文件规定了小微园区及入园企业的生态环境标准化建设管理规范，包括小微园区生态环境标准化建设规范、入园企业生态环境标准化建设规范、小微园区及入园企业的环境管理规范、小微园区及入园企业的环境管理数字化建设规范等。本文件适用于台州湾新区范围内已报批规划环境影响评价区块的小微园区，具有3家以上企业的“厂中厂”可参照执行。This document specifies standardized ecological and environmental construction and management requirements for small and micro industrial parks and enterprises within such parks, including standardized ecological and environmental construction, environmental management, and digital environmental management. It applies to small and micro industrial parks within Taizhou Bay New Area that have approved planning environmental impact assessment blocks; factory-in-factory sites with more than three enterprises may refer to it.
