为帮助拟申报团队准确理解2026年春季批次ETRSC课题申报要求，工程技术研究与标准化中心（ETRSC）定于2026年1月16日举办课题申报说明会。

主要内容

重点课题、一般课题和青年课题的申报范围与差异；
研究目标、工程应用场景、技术路径和预期成果的填写要求；
立项评审、过程管理、材料调整和结题审查的基本规则；
附件整理、证据引用、格式检查和常见退回原因。

参与对象

拟申报ETRSC课题的工程师、研究团队、青年技术人员，以及负责课题材料统筹与提交的机构工作人员均可参加。

To help prospective teams understand the requirements for the Spring 2026 ETRSC project application batch, the Engineering Technology Research and Standardization Center (ETRSC) will hold a project application briefing on January 16, 2026.

Main Topics

Scope and differences among key, general, and youth projects;
Requirements for research objectives, engineering scenarios, technical routes, and expected outputs;
Basic rules for approval review, process management, material adjustments, and completion review;
Attachment preparation, evidence citation, format checking, and common reasons for return.
