为总结工程青年导师计划阶段性经验，完善导师结对、项目参与和成长记录机制，HETRA定于2026年3月20日举办工程青年导师计划经验分享会。

交流内容

导师结对后的阶段目标与反馈方式；
青年工程师参与课题、案例和技术文件工作的记录方法；
项目责任、问题解决和个人贡献的说明方式；
下一阶段项目参与和持续学习安排。

参与对象

工程青年导师计划参与专家、青年工程师、项目秘书及负责人才支持工作的相关人员可参加本次交流。

有关说明

本次活动以经验交流和机制优化为目的，不对参与人员作排名或荣誉评定。活动中形成的共性建议将用于后续导师计划管理，涉及个人或项目的非公开信息不在网站披露。

To review the current experience of the Engineering Youth Mentorship Program and improve mentor matching, project participation, and growth-record mechanisms, HETRA will hold an experience-sharing session on March 20, 2026.

Discussion Topics

Stage objectives and feedback after mentor matching;
Methods for recording participation in projects, case preparation, and technical-document work;
How to describe project responsibility, problem solving, and individual contribution;
Next-stage arrangements for project participation and continuous learning.

Participants

The session is open to participating experts, young engineers, project secretaries, and personnel involved in talent support under the Engineering Youth Mentorship Program.
