为帮助访问者准确理解HETRA网站公开信息的范围和使用方式，协会定于2026年5月29日举办线上公开说明会。

说明内容

资讯中心、协会活动和各研究栏目之间的内容分工；
会员、奖项、专家和课题等查询入口的使用边界；
研究白皮书、成果转化报告和标准资料的录入及公开方式；
后台正式数据、PDF文件和页面展示之间的对应关系。

参与对象

会员、专家、申报团队、合作机构联系人及普通访问者均可参加线上说明。

有关说明

查询结果以后台正式录入的数据为准。网站不通过前端代码临时伪造查询结果，也不会公开后台内部编号和非公开管理信息。现场问题将按公开信息边界作出说明。

To help visitors understand the scope and proper use of public information on the HETRA website, the Association will hold an online public briefing on May 29, 2026.

Briefing Topics

The respective roles of the Information Center, HETRA Activities, and research sections;
Use boundaries for membership, award, expert, and project verification entries;
Formal entry and public presentation of research white papers, outcomes translation reports, and standard materials;
The relationship among official CMS data, PDF files, and page display.

Participants

The briefing is open to members, experts, applicant teams, partner contacts, and general visitors.

Notes

Verification results are based on data formally entered in the CMS. The website does not create temporary results through front-end code and does not expose internal identifiers or non-public management information. Questions will be addressed within the boundaries of public information.
