为完善标准制修订过程中征求意见材料发布和反馈处理记录，HETRA定于2026年6月12日举办标准征求意见与反馈机制圆桌会。

主要议题

征求意见稿及配套说明材料的公开方式；
反馈渠道、提交期限和事实依据要求；
意见分类、专业复核和处理结论记录；
项目征集、标准立项、征求意见和标准发布四个阶段文章的关联。

参与对象

标准项目参与人员、秘书处标准管理人员、相关技术专家和反馈整理人员可参加本次圆桌交流。

To improve the release of public-comment materials and the recording of feedback handling during standards development, HETRA will hold a Standards Public Comment and Feedback Mechanism Roundtable on June 12, 2026.

Main Topics

Release of draft standards and supporting explanatory materials;
Feedback channels, submission periods, and requirements for factual support;
Comment classification, professional review, and recording of handling decisions;
Linkage among project collection, project approval, public comment, and standard release articles.

Participants

The roundtable is open to standards project participants, Secretariat standards personnel, relevant technical experts, and feedback coordinators.
