HETRA已完成2026年上半年研究资料、成果转化报告及标准资料的阶段性公开更新。现就相关栏目的使用方式和资料边界说明如下。
研究白皮书栏目现公开6份文件，访问者可按标题、摘要和关键词进行检索，并直接下载对应PDF。白皮书主要用于公开方法、评价框架和研究观察，不替代工程项目原始记录、检测报告或正式标准文本。
成果转化报告采用报告编号精确查询。已公开报告HETRA-TR-2026-001提供PDF文件，并通过对应详情内容说明报告定位。为避免信息误匹配，该栏目不提供模糊编号查询。
标准查询和标准下载使用同一套后台数据。资料中的标准编号、名称、日期、起草信息和范围以PDF原文为依据；本站仅进行引用、整理和公开展示，不改变文件的发布、主办或起草关系。
后续新增资料须通过后台正式录入，并保持中文字段、英文字段、摘要、详情说明和PDF文件之间一致。没有可靠来源的信息不补写，未录入的内容不通过前端临时生成。
HETRA has completed a staged public update of its research materials, outcomes translation reports, and standard materials for the first half of 2026. The use and boundaries of the relevant sections are clarified below.
The Research White Papers section now contains six files. Visitors may search by title, summary, and keyword and may download the corresponding PDFs directly. The white papers present methods, evaluation frameworks, and research observations. They do not replace original project records, test reports, or official standard texts.
Outcomes translation reports are retrieved through an exact report-number search. The published report HETRA-TR-2026-001 provides a PDF file together with detail content explaining its purpose. To avoid mismatched results, the section does not support fuzzy report-number searches.
Standard Search and Standard Downloads use the same CMS data source. Standard numbers, titles, dates, drafting information, and scope are based on the original PDF documents. The website cites, organizes, and displays these materials without altering their issuing, sponsoring, or drafting relationships.
Future materials must be entered formally through the CMS, with Chinese fields, English fields, summaries, detail explanations, and PDF files kept consistent. Information without a reliable source will not be added, and content that has not been entered will not be generated temporarily through front-end code.
