2026年6月12日，HETRA举行标准征求意见与反馈机制圆桌会，围绕标准制修订过程中征求意见材料的公开方式、反馈收集、意见归类、处理记录和阶段文章关联机制展开交流。
圆桌会提出，征求意见阶段不应只发布一份文件或一个下载链接。公开材料应说明标准项目的基本背景、拟解决问题、适用范围、意见提交方式和反馈期限，使参与者能够在了解项目边界的基础上提出具有针对性的意见。
对于涉及专业判断的反馈，应尽可能附带事实依据、技术资料或可核验的应用情况。秘书处在收集意见时需要保留原始记录，并按照技术内容、文字修改、适用范围和合规问题等类别进行整理。
公开征求意见的价值不仅在于收集数量，更在于说明意见是否被接受、部分接受或未被接受，以及作出判断的理由。涉及重大技术分歧时，应交由相关专业专家复核，并保留必要的处理过程记录。

On June 12, 2026, HETRA held a Standards Public Comment and Feedback Mechanism Roundtable. The exchange focused on the release of public-comment materials, feedback collection, opinion classification, handling records, and the linkage of stage articles during standards development.
The roundtable noted that the public-comment stage should not consist only of a document or download link. Supporting materials should explain the background of the standards project, the problem to be addressed, the proposed scope, the method for submitting comments, and the response period. This enables participants to provide focused comments with a clear understanding of the project boundaries.
Feedback involving professional judgment should, wherever possible, include factual grounds, technical materials, or verifiable application information. The Secretariat should retain original submissions and classify them by technical content, editorial revision, scope of application, and compliance issue.
The value of public consultation lies not only in the number of comments received, but also in explaining whether each comment was accepted, partially accepted, or not accepted, together with the reason for that decision. Material technical disagreements should be reviewed by relevant specialists, with appropriate records of the handling process retained.

The roundtable further clarified that each stage should link to genuine section articles and public materials, allowing visitors to follow the development of a standards project in chronological order.
