HETRA已完成2026年上半年公开研究资料的整理与归档。研究白皮书栏目现收录6份正式展示文件，成果转化报告查询栏目收录1份方法型报告，相关资料均提供中英文标题、摘要和PDF文件。
六项白皮书主题形成连续研究线索
本期公开的研究白皮书包括《工程成果证据链建设白皮书》《工程项目同行评审方法白皮书》《跨学科工程协作评价白皮书》《工程技术成果转化路径白皮书》《工程质量与可持续价值评价白皮书》和《青年工程师成长与能力记录白皮书》。
六项主题分别对应工程成果如何留存证据、工程项目如何组织独立评审、跨专业团队如何评价协作、技术成果如何进入应用、工程价值如何兼顾质量与可持续性，以及青年工程师如何形成连续能力记录。各文件以方法说明和评价框架为主要内容，不将未经核验的个案写成协会成果。
成果转化报告补充复查方法
成果转化报告《工程技术成果转化路径评估报告（2026 方法版）》编号为HETRA-TR-2026-001，围绕证据核验、应用场景识别、运行反馈和归档复查，对工程技术成果进入实际应用前后的评估步骤作出方法性说明。
公开归档的目的，是让研究资料能够被稳定检索、下载和复查。后续新增白皮书和成果转化报告仍将通过后台正式录入，并按照标题、摘要、正文说明和PDF文件之间一致的原则进行维护。
HETRA has completed the organization and archiving of its public research materials for the first half of 2026. The Research White Papers section now contains six formal publications, while the Translation Report Verification section contains one methodological report. Each record provides a Chinese and English title, bilingual summary, and PDF file.
Six White Papers Form a Continuous Research Line
The publications are the White Paper on Engineering Achievement Evidence Chains, White Paper on Peer Review Methods for Engineering Projects, White Paper on Evaluation of Interdisciplinary Engineering Collaboration, White Paper on Pathways for Translating Engineering Technology Outcomes, White Paper on Engineering Quality and Sustainable Value Evaluation, and White Paper on Young Engineer Development and Competency Records.
Together, the six topics examine how evidence for engineering achievements can be preserved, how independent review can be organized, how interdisciplinary collaboration can be evaluated, how technical outcomes can move into application, how engineering value can account for quality and sustainability, and how young engineers can maintain continuous competency records. The documents focus on methods and evaluation frameworks and do not present unverified cases as achievements of the Association.
A Translation Report Adds a Review Method
The Engineering Technology Outcomes Translation Pathway Assessment Report (2026 Method Edition), numbered HETRA-TR-2026-001, provides a methodological account of the assessment steps before and after an engineering technology outcome enters practical application. It covers evidence verification, application-scenario identification, operational feedback, and archival review.
Public archiving is intended to keep research materials consistently searchable, downloadable, and reviewable. Future white papers and outcomes translation reports will continue to be entered formally through the CMS and maintained so that titles, summaries, explanatory content, and PDF files remain consistent.
