2026年3月20日,HETRA举行工程青年导师计划经验分享会,围绕导师结对、项目参与、阶段反馈和成长记录等议题进行交流。本次活动是工程青年导师计划的阶段性工作安排,面向参与计划的资深专家、青年工程师及项目支持人员。
从结对关系走向具体工程任务
HETRA于2025年发起工程青年导师计划,首批由23位资深专家与45位青年工程师完成结对。分享会提出,导师关系不应停留在一般性职业建议上,而应尽可能结合课题研究、案例整理、技术文件审阅和工程问题复盘等具体任务,让指导过程能够被记录和检验。
交流内容重点讨论了如何确定阶段目标、如何记录青年工程师承担的技术责任,以及如何区分团队成果与个人贡献。参与者还围绕项目过程中的问题识别、沟通记录和复盘方式交换了实践建议。
建立连续的能力记录
分享会认为,青年工程师的成长不能仅通过职务或工作年限判断。较为完整的成长记录应包含参与项目、承担任务、解决问题、接受反馈和持续学习等多个方面,并说明能力变化发生在什么工程情境中。
活动结束后,相关共性建议将用于优化下一阶段导师结对、项目参与和成长记录管理。协会也将继续通过专题交流和公开研究资料,为青年工程师提供能够落实到具体工程实践的参考。
On March 20, 2026, HETRA held an experience-sharing session for the Engineering Youth Mentorship Program. The discussion covered mentor matching, project participation, stage feedback, and growth records. The session formed part of the program review arrangements and was prepared for participating senior experts, young engineers, and project-support personnel.
Moving from Mentor Matching to Concrete Engineering Tasks
HETRA launched the Engineering Youth Mentorship Program in 2025, pairing the first group of 23 senior experts with 45 young engineers. The session noted that mentorship should extend beyond general career advice. Wherever possible, guidance should be connected with concrete tasks such as research projects, case preparation, technical-document review, and structured reflection on engineering problems, so that the process can be recorded and evaluated.
The discussion focused on setting stage objectives, documenting the technical responsibilities assumed by young engineers, and distinguishing team outputs from individual contributions. Participants also exchanged practical suggestions on problem identification, communication records, and project review.
Building Continuous Competency Records
The session recognized that professional development cannot be assessed only by job title or years of service. A more complete growth record should cover project participation, assigned responsibilities, problem solving, feedback received, and continuous learning, while identifying the engineering context in which each change in capability occurred.
Common suggestions from the activity will inform the next stage of mentor matching, project participation, and growth-record management. HETRA will continue to provide topic-focused exchanges and public research materials that can be applied in actual engineering practice.
