深水沉管隧道工艺研究成果通过ETRSC结题评审Research Results on Deep-water Immersed Tunnel Technology Pass the ETRSC Final Review

由港珠澳跨海通道联合体申报、HETRA资深会员陈立群教授级高工主持的ETRSC重点课题《跨海深水沉管隧道段接合关键工艺研究》(课题编号ETRSC-K-2022-003)于8月10日通过结题评审,评审结论为"优秀"。
该课题立项于2022年9月,研究周期24个月,资助额度35万港币。课题聚焦深水环境下沉管段毫米级精度对接这一工程难题,系统研究了接合面防水密封材料、水下定位控制、姿态调整策略三大关键技术。课题组在项目执行期间完成了17项工程实验,其中9项为全尺寸工艺验证。
结题评审由ETRSC组织,HETEC派出6位同领域专家参与评审,学术委员会主任担任终审把关。评审意见指出,该课题在深水接合面防水密封材料的长寿命验证方面取得了超出原计划的成果,填补了行业相关领域的实测数据空白。
根据HETRA的标准化输出机制,该课题的成果将被纳入正在起草的《大型跨海通道沉管隧道段接合工艺技术建议书》。建议书预计将在2026年一季度正式发布,成为ETRSC迄今输出的第23份行业技术建议书。
值得一提的是,课题成果的相关图纸与实验数据也将被纳入HETRA工程案例库(编号ECL-2024-01),供协会会员检索参考。
The ETRSC key project "Research on Key Jointing Processes for Deep-water Immersed Tunnel Sections in Cross-sea Projects" (project number ETRSC-K-2022-003), submitted by the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Cross-sea Passage Consortium and led by Chen Liqun, a senior HETRA member and professor-level senior engineer, passed its final review on August 10, with the review conclusion rated "Excellent."
The project was approved in September 2022, with a 24-month research period and funding of HKD 350,000. The project focused on the engineering difficulty of millimeter-level precision docking of immersed tunnel sections in deep-water environments, and systematically studied three key technologies: waterproof sealing materials for joint surfaces, underwater positioning control, and attitude adjustment strategies. During project implementation, the research team completed 17 engineering experiments, 9 of which were full-scale process verifications.
The final review was organized by ETRSC. HETEC assigned six experts from the same field to participate in the review, and the Director of the Academic Committee was responsible for the final check. The review opinion stated that the project achieved results beyond the original plan in long-life verification of waterproof sealing materials for deep-water joint surfaces, filling a gap in measured data in the relevant field of the industry.
According to the HETRA standardized output mechanism, the results of this project will be incorporated into the Technical Recommendation on Jointing Processes for Immersed Tunnel Sections of Large Cross-sea Passages, which is currently being drafted. The recommendation is expected to be officially released in the first quarter of 2026 and will become the 23rd industry technical recommendation issued by ETRSC to date.
It is also worth noting that the relevant drawings and experimental data from the project results will be included in the HETRA Engineering Case Library (number ECL-2024-01) for search and reference by Association members.
