海上风电场基础防腐长寿命设计案例入库工程案例库Offshore Wind Farm Foundation Long-life Anti-corrosion Design Case Added to the Engineering Case Library

由东南海上风电联合体提交的《海上风电场基础防腐长寿命设计案例》已于7月1日正式通过HETRA工程案例库审核,入库编号ECL-2025-06,归属能源与动力子领域。

案例所基于的工程于2024年完工投运,包含单桩基础外层涂层体系优化、阴极保护系统参数匹配、长周期海水腐蚀监测方案三大技术核心。提交方在入库材料中详细记录了工程全周期的设计参数、现场监测数据、运行一年内的腐蚀速率实测结果。

案例库审核组表示,这份案例材料在"可复用性"方面达到了入库标准的最高等级——材料中不仅包括工艺流程说明,还包含完整的参数取值范围、替代方案对比以及失效案例分析。这类材料对新进入海上风电工程领域的工程师具有非常高的学习价值。

HETRA工程案例库自2020年开放以来持续接收会员单位投稿。截至本次入库,累计案例数量已达527例,覆盖九大工程子领域。案例库对专业会员及以上等级开放全文检索,对普通会员及公众开放摘要检索。

HETRA常务理事会在近期内部会议上提出,希望工程案例库在2026年底前覆盖600例,并在案例检索系统中增加"关联专家"与"关联课题"的双向关联功能,让一份案例能够直接追溯到背后的人和研究。

The Case Study on Long-life Anti-corrosion Design for Offshore Wind Farm Foundations, submitted by the Southeast Offshore Wind Power Consortium, officially passed the HETRA Engineering Case Library review on July 1. It was entered under number ECL-2025-06 and belongs to the energy and power subfield.

The project on which the case is based was completed and put into operation in 2024. It includes three technical cores: optimization of the outer coating system for monopile foundations, parameter matching for the cathodic protection system, and a long-cycle seawater corrosion monitoring plan. In the submitted case materials, the submitting party recorded in detail the full-cycle design parameters, on-site monitoring data, and measured corrosion-rate results within the first year of operation.

The case library review team stated that this case material reached the highest level of the entry standard in terms of "reusability": the materials include not only process-flow descriptions, but also complete parameter value ranges, comparisons of alternative solutions, and failure-case analysis. This type of material has very high learning value for engineers newly entering the offshore wind engineering field.

Since opening in 2020, the HETRA Engineering Case Library has continuously accepted submissions from member organizations. With this entry, the cumulative number of cases has reached 527, covering nine major engineering subfields. The case library provides full-text search to professional members and above, and abstract search to ordinary members and the public.

At a recent internal meeting, the HETRA Standing Council proposed that the Engineering Case Library should cover 600 cases by the end of 2026, and that the case search system should add two-way association functions for "related experts" and "related projects," allowing each case to be directly traced back to the people and research behind it.
