10月15日至17日，由HETRA主办的"跨海通道工程跨专业评审会"在香港九龙湾HETRA总部召开。来自HETEC专家委员会的36位在聘专家，以及ETRSC课题负责人和特邀行业代表共计82人，围绕大湾区在建及规划中的四条跨海通道项目，开展了为期三天的密集技术评审。From October 15 to 17, the "Cross-disciplinary Review Meeting for Cross-sea Passage Projects," hosted by HETRA, was held at HETRA headquarters in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. A total of 82 participants, including 36 appointed experts from the HETEC Expert Committee, ETRSC project leaders, and specially invited industry representatives, carried out three days of intensive technical review around four cross-sea passage projects under construction or planning in the Greater Bay Area.
阅读全文 →Read More →经恒创工程技术专家委员会（HETEC）为期两个月的换届评估工作，HETEC于9月15日正式完成2025年度换届。本次换届评估由HETEC内部组成独立评议组，对上一届全部在聘专家进行任期内工作表现评估，评估内容包括参与评审次数、提交意见质量、独立性表现等多项指标。After a two-month term-renewal evaluation conducted by the Hengchuang Engineering Technology Expert Committee (HETEC), HETEC officially completed its 2025 renewal on September 15. For this renewal evaluation, HETEC formed an internal independent review group to assess the in-term performance of all appointed experts from the previous term. The evaluation covered multiple indicators, including the number of reviews participated in, the quality of submitted opinions, and performance in independence.
阅读全文 →Read More →恒创工程技术卓越奖（HETEA）第七届申报通道已于8月31日24时正式关闭。经执行局项目管理部初步统计，本届共收到有效申报项目1250项，较上届增长约15%，创HETEA自2019年设立以来申报规模新高。The application channel for the seventh Hengchuang Engineering Technology Excellence Award (HETEA) officially closed at 24:00 on August 31. According to preliminary statistics from the Project Management Department of the Executive Bureau, this edition received a total of 1,250 valid submissions, an increase of about 15% over the previous edition and a new submission-scale record since HETEA was established in 2019.
阅读全文 →Read More →由港珠澳跨海通道联合体申报、HETRA资深会员陈立群教授级高工主持的ETRSC重点课题《跨海深水沉管隧道段接合关键工艺研究》（课题编号ETRSC-K-2022-003）于8月10日通过结题评审，评审结论为"优秀"。The ETRSC key project "Research on Key Jointing Processes for Deep-water Immersed Tunnel Sections in Cross-sea Projects" (project number ETRSC-K-2022-003), submitted by the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Cross-sea Passage Consortium and led by Chen Liqun, a senior HETRA member and professor-level senior engineer, passed its final review on August 10, with the review conclusion rated "Excellent."

It was entered under number ECL-2025-06 and belongs to the energy and power subfield.
阅读全文 →Read More →工程技术研究与标准化中心（ETRSC）于6月10日正式对外发布《复杂地形隧道群智能监测技术建议书》。该建议书是ETRSC自2019年成立以来输出的第21份行业技术建议书，也是首份聚焦"隧道群"这一复合型工程对象的技术建议。The Engineering Technology Research and Standardization Center (ETRSC) officially released the Technical Recommendation on Intelligent Monitoring of Tunnel Groups in Complex Terrain to the public on June 10. This recommendation is the 21st industry technical recommendation issued by ETRSC since its establishment in 2019, and it is also the first technical recommendation focused on the composite engineering object of "tunnel groups."
