HETRA于5月15日正式发起"工程青年导师计划"，首批共有23位HETEC资深专家委员与45位来自会员单位的青年工程师完成结对。计划为期一年，旨在通过制度化的师徒结对机制，帮助青年工程师突破职业发展中的关键瓶颈。HETRA officially launched the "Engineering Youth Mentorship Program" on May 15. In the first cohort, 23 HETEC senior expert committee members were paired with 45 young engineers from member organizations. The program lasts one year and aims to help young engineers break through key bottlenecks in career development through an institutionalized mentor-apprentice pairing mechanism.
阅读全文 →Read More →HETRA东盟代表处已于8月25日在马来西亚吉隆坡正式挂牌运作，首席代表由东南亚籍资深会员林亦辰博士担任。这是HETRA继2023年3月设立华南代表处之后，在总部之外设立的第二个常设机构。The HETRA ASEAN Representative Office officially opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on August 25, with Dr. Lin Yichen, a senior member from Southeast Asia, serving as Chief Representative. This is the second permanent institution established by HETRA outside headquarters after the South China Representative Office was set up in March 2023.
